Week 5 – recuperation

I thought perhaps that after a week off I’d be fighting fit again. I went back to work on Monday but I was exhausted and just went to bed when I got in from work. I also didn’t finish the antibiotics until Thursday, and they left me feeling a bit out of sorts as well. So, although I was walking about a bit more, it wasn’t as much as I’d hoped. At the end of the week I’m feeling a lot better so optimistic that I’ll be back on course.
